Tabun Kitchen is proud to source key ingredients from Zaytoun. The latter was founded in 2004 to support the resilience and livelihoods of Palestinian farmers under occupation through fairly trading their olive oil. Tabun Kitchen uses some of Zaytoun’s traditional Palestinian products such as organic maftoul (a traditional Palestinian grain made from bulgur and whole wheat flour), freekeh (organic green wheat) and za’atar, a zesty, thyme-based spice mix.
